Summertime Volvo Funtime photo thread

Here's my story:

Hooked the grill up to the trailer hitch on Friday morning, loaded Owen, Aaron (slow240) and all our gear into the wagon & headed toward the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.

Met Mr.Bill at the Lewes/Cape May Ferry in Lewes, DE with about 15 minutes to spare.

Just like very Turbobricks meet, introductions were made followed by popping the hoods for some benchracing stories.

Ferry ride was 90 minutes, so we had time for some drinks & a snack.

Mr.Bill struggled with the concept of heating his own burger.

Glad we made it out of Delaware before this bad boy hit.

Quick 30 minute drive from the ferry to Peter's house.

Sunday morning we got a chance to sleep in a little bit before we headed out to New Jersey Motorsports Park for some karting.

Breakfast of meat & bread. To be honest, I don't think I ate a single vegetable all weekend.

I'm working on the video I took on the GoPro while karting. I'll have it online tonight. I really just wanted to relax, so I didn't take as many pictures as I usually do.

This meet in my opinion equalled some of the SE meets I've been to in the past. Kenny & Sam need to get back on their game.

I'm going to try & keep all the video I shot in HD, but I still need to compress it some and find a good hot spot to get it online instead of relying on the pirated wifi from our neighbor's unsecured network.

LOL! that was such a terrible idea, I totally ruined the already shot foam, 4hour ride back with the support beam in my ass sucked.....

I man I wish I knew there was a meet going on, I live minutes away from that ferry! I was actually out on the bay fishing all day on Friday, what misery. Who would have known though I saw a ferry ride right by us.

Looks like a fun get together, I want to see more pictures of that 242 GT.

I really want to keep the HD quality on these videos, but even at Mcdonald's, a 330mb autoX video is going to take 45min to upload.
Anybody in the Va Beach/Norfolk area have a router I could plug a cat5 cable into & upload these files?

Karting video is 2GB at 17 minutes.
